This degree programme will enhance the knowledge on scientific aspects of food resources and their management for better utilization in the food business ventures. The duration of the degree programme is 2 years and it consists of coursework, practical classes, and a research study. Lectures and practical classes will be conducted in the weekends and Friday evenings. The medium of instruction is English.
