Homoeopathy Medicinal Graduate Degree Scholarships Under the Auspices of The Government of India – 2022/2023
Call for Applications from the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka
Applications are hereby invited by the Ministry of Health for the selection of suitable Sri Lankan candidates for the awarding of scholarships to study and follow the Homoeopathy Medical Degree course for the academic year 2022-2023 at the National Institute of Homoeopathy (NIH) in Calcutta, under the University established at West Bengal for ten (10) Sri Lankan students under the auspices of the Indian Government.
The period of the course is 5 1/2 years. After successfully following and completing the degree course the graduate will be able to practice as a qualified Homoeopathic Medical practitioner.
Required Qualifications – Candidates who are between 18 and 25 years of age as of 31.12.2022 with a Credit pass for the English Language at G.C.E (O/L) Examination and G.C.E. (A/L) examination passed in all 03 subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology in one and the same sitting (including the subject of General English) in the Science stream are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
Selection of Candidates – Selection will be done based on the highest marks obtained at the interview by the Interview Board
Among the applicants only those having the highest qualifications will be called for the interview. The decision of the Secretary of the Ministry of Health in this regard is final. Further details regarding the relevant course of the National
